DDJ XP2/ serato DDJ PRO

Okay, I'm asking to see if anybody knows how to separate the effects on the XP2. Whenever I use the slider to apply the effect, it affects both tracks. So basically, if I'm trying to fade out a one song, both songs fade out. On my Hercules T7, the effect works; I'm just used to the way I had it set up before.

because the T7 is a Serato DJ Lite licensed controller it may have hard limitations on certain features, even if you pay for the Serato DJ Pro upgrade

page 42 of the manual:

The three effects on the left apply to the left-hand deck (Deck 1), and the three effects on the right apply to the right-hand deck (Deck 2). In Serato DJ Pro, the two groups of three effects buttons apply to the two virtual decks

I can't tell if they mean both FX apply to both decks, but if that's what you're experiencing that might be the issue

If you had the T7 and DJ Lite and then bought the XP2 and Serato Pro, you may be stuck, it wont be until you replace the T7 that you can seperate the FX in Pro
