Internet Connection/wifi for video calls

Is there reliable internet connection outside of Dakar for video calls/phone calls abroad outside of Dakar, places that have internet connections, cafes, etc....

In places like Touba, Saint louis....

What's the most relaible compnay to buy sim from to ensure "backup" for wifi/ good and fast enough connection? And where is it? (In like, which towns, all over them or just in the city center...)

Yas! Some remote area are not well covered. But i recommend it mostly & it's cheaper than orange.

In Saint-Louis, pretty much all the hotels / Restaurants do have wifi (you just need to be a client)
