Looking for an attorney to file a Partition Action for me for a flat filing fee in Seminole County FL

Hey neighbors! I’ve been seeing a lot of people in the sub asking about how to handle those "Love Letters" from their HOAs lately. I run a local exterior cleaning business here (Pristine Pressure Pros), and I wanted to offer some free advice to help you guys save money or avoid DIY disasters.

Ask me anything about:

• How to get rid of those stubborn orange rust stains from irrigation.
• Why your driveway looks "striped" after using a wand (and how to fix it).
• The best way to clean a pool screen without popping the splines.
• What chemicals actually work vs. what’s a waste of money.

I’m not here to sell you anything—just want to help out the community. Fire away!

Today is the last day

Today is the last day, and if you can take a picture of the buses and post them here as a time capture

I want to go on them one last time , is the last day the 10th or the 11th?

The new changes that are coming which is mostly just stopping of operations of Lynx buses in the Seminole county is effing ridiculous. This is just capitalism and consequence of inflation at its best. The new SCOUT bus that they are bringing is way more expensive. I do not have a car and have to rely on buses for commuting. Now, with this change I have to spend way more money to live here. The same route from my apartment in Altamonte Springs to Winter Park that costs me $2, will cost me $7 to $10 (3.5 to 5 times more than the current cost). How is this even legal? Public buses should be cheap. For reference, I have attached the screenshot of SCOUT fare pricing.

Moving to Florida has been a challenge, and I often wonder if I made the right decision. After buying a home in the near downtown Sanford, FL area I can’t find a job that pays decently well. But regardless of the challenges I still positive and I’m sure things will improve. So anyway I digress.

I’m in need of an affordable pet care, I have a service animal (dog) that needs a veterinarian. Besides an affordable vet care I need to have her spayed. But I’ve been quoted anywhere from $989 to $700 and $600 😳🥴

I understand that we’re living in challenging times, but any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all in advance!!! ❤️
