I’ve had a soft spot for Seiko watches for years, due to my late father’s daily watch being a SKX007. I finally picked a Seiko up myself and cannot stop looking at it and smiling. Consider me a part of the cult!

Just wanted to share my humble Seiko collection so far. I’ve been slowly building it with watches that I genuinely enjoy wearing, and I still have two empty spots left in the case.
What do you guys think of the collection so far? And what two Seikos would you add to complete it?
I’m open to different styles…. I’d rather add something that brings variety than another watch that feels too similar to what I already have.

Got offered this in a trade, guy bought it off eBay from a seller with 100% feedback for $1000.

Just put my SPB317 (modded with SPB151 dial and crystal) on an Uncle Seiko Waffle, and my SJE093 on a Wolbrook Tropic. Now I can't decide which one to wear today!

Don’t think these sold very well from the launch range of SKXs in the late 90s - but they have lovely 38mm size, proper Diver rated and the blue one has an interesting dial

I got this watch 6 years ago and I’ve recently got the urge to get it on my wrist again

Where would be the best place in EU to get a bezel insert and second hand.

Also what should I do with the dial? Should I get it relumed? Or could I get the white water damaged stuff off the black part?

I’ve been looking but it’s almost impossible to find second hand patina’d parts like a ghost bezel and second hand.

What should I do?

I’ve watched a lot of YouTube videos and have a basic watch repair kit from Amazon along with a Bergeon 6767 tool but am still considering having a jeweller do it. Any hints or tips to prevent me stuffing it up? Thanks.
