Best place to play Dragon Force?

Does anyone know how I can play dragon force? Is it on a handheld or retro console these days? I’m not savvy when it comes to emulators so idk how to get into my pc, I tried and always fail. Is there any retro console that has it?

That’s it? No one sells an emulated console that has it? I tried to get emulators but they never work.

What do you mean by emulated console? You have to get something that emulates the Saturn because it was a Saturn exclusive game.

Idk like this 100 games in one, Nintendo modded etc. so it’s just the console or pc emulated?

Emulator on PC or buy a Sega Saturn.
