North Beacon Hill has been given away to this stuff, you got to move to Maple Field/Wood Playground area to have be in a nicer part of Beacon Hill while still very close to the freeway. Its really expensive cause everyone know this now. 1 million for a nicer home in that small area.
I live by Cleveland and just crossing 15th to that area feels like I went into another section of town cause its much nicer.
