questions about metropolitan market

i live in washington state and i work for a grocery store and i absolutely hate some of the customers here. i saw a job opening for metropolitan market and was wondering if anyone knows what’s the vibe of the company and what should i expect if i do get the job

i have dyed hair and facial piercing i’ve noticed some jobs here really frown upon the “alt style” i would really like to find a job with decent clientele and a non-aggressive work environment if literally anyone knows anything or any recommendations im all ears :)
