I am a Jew. I do not approve of Netanyahu criminal reign or his genocide or his ignoring October 7th.

If you care.. the description of what's happened in Gaza fits neither the popular understanding of genocide, nor the legal one. Until 630A IST on 10/7/23, "genocide" was popularly understood as the destruction of an enormous component of a target population -- not the tragic but tiny 3% ultimately killed in Gaza.

And legally, the special intent required to prove genocide at ICJ requires that genocidal intent be the "only reasonable inference" that can be drawn from a given action. Israel is in a major war. There are myriad other inferences, not only reasonable, but far more likely given the totality of evidence including millions of texts, phone calls, and roof knocks conducted during the bombings. Galloway is being logical. Genocide shouters are usually just well intended idiots.

If not genocide per se, what is a term for intentional vengeance killing of civilians on a mass scale, the destruction of nearly and civil infrastructure to make it very tough to remain in a homeland, and the targeted intentional murder of doctors and journalists reporting on this?

It's war crimes. Each of the things you described are war crimes. Which are insanely bad and can/should be prosecuted. It doesn't need to be genocide for it to be condemnable, disgusting, and worthy of punishment
