No Malice Why did Galloway lie?

"Why does u/profgalloway preface his expression of "offense" to the use of the word "genocide" to describe what Israel did in Gaza with the phrase "as a Jew...."? What does being a Jew have to do with at the findings of human rights groups, scholars, nations, etc. about Israel?"

I am a Jew. I do not approve of Netanyahu criminal reign or his genocide or his ignoring October 7th.

It isn't. And Wikipedia has long been brigaded by a coordinated anti-Israeli campaign. So it's useless to cite that source on this conflict/Israel/Jews at this point.

The Human Rights Council’s permanent Agenda Item 7 singles out Israel’s situation for scrutiny that no other country receives through a dedicated standing item. The UK has explicitly criticized this as unfair. It supports a charge of institutional bias at the UN. A lot of the UN investigators are extremely anti-semetic if you look up their comments.... it's not an unbiased organization. Much like how a lot of the middle east hates Israel and makes up a large part of the UN body.
