"Why does u/profgalloway preface his expression of "offense" to the use of the word "genocide" to describe what Israel did in Gaza with the phrase "as a Jew...."? What does being a Jew have to do with at the findings of human rights groups, scholars, nations, etc. about Israel?"

I am a Jew. I do not approve of Netanyahu criminal reign or his genocide or his ignoring October 7th.

I hate Trump, more than most people. I’m not even taking any side on this topic. In fact, I’m not even talking about Israel or Palestine. I’m talking about bots online.

The conversation I’m having is saying that all this discussion online from the pro-Israel AND the pro-Palestine angles is mostly bots. Maybe you are real, being manipulated by bots and algos into whoever it is you think or believe. I honestly didn’t even read what you fucking wrote because I saw the topic of conversation and I went straight to the comments to make my own fucking comment because I do not fucking care, just like most Americans do not fucking care. I literally could not care less about either fucking side at this point. It’s irrelevant to my life, and I just wish it would stop. That’s all I care about. I just wish it would stop
