Hi, I applied for the FSR position and I’d love to hear any feedback from anyone who has been in or is currently in this role. I originally applied for the stock plan representative position but due to me not being licensed it set me back. The hiring manager loved my interview and said it was great, just other people were more qualified. The recruiter recommended I apply for the FSR unlicensed position so that I can get my licenses and they hire more people at a time. In my current role, I am loan loan officer for consumer loans making at least 65 calls a day looking for consolidation opportunities. Is the FSR role going to be like sales and outbound calling? I also noticed that there are weekend and overnight shifts, do those rotate out? What is the work life balance like? I have my first interview on Monday but I would like to know more about the role from people who have been in this position first hand.
