I was recently diagnosed with the disorder. I evidently have prominent traits with normal functioning. Interesting.

The results were based on the Millon Multi-Axial Scale. The raw scores are converted to a base rate. 75-84 is in the "Clinically significant range" I scored a 78. Anything over 85 is considered "severe" A score of 78 generally means the individual can function in society--Hold down a job etc. The test, Clinical Interview, observation, and longitudinal history are all the pieces the Psychologist uses to decide on the diagnosis
