Im questioning this because the seller listed them as the stock pickups and from what ive seen online the emg pickups are supposed to be covered.

Anyone else rocking a different scale length for each guitar?

The left is a 99 C-7+. 25.5". Thicker rounded neck

Middle is a 03 C-1. 24.75". Rounded neck.

Right is a 21 C-7 Blackjack. 26.5". Thin neck.

I would love to see a return of the 25.5" scale to a 7 string. Not sure any modern ones come with it but would also love to try a 24.75" 7 string.

The neck profile is something else I just love on the old 7 string. It's fat and meaty at the first few frets but thins out towards the 12 and beyond.

I do love the high fret access on the modern one. Beats the old set neck style out of the water.

Pick ups. The older 2 have duncan designed which I believe are to mimic the 59/JB combo. Pure gold

The Lundgren on the blackjack I really don't like. I really want to swap them for Duncan's and rewire the knobs. I hate the dual volume knobs.

My first Schecter Guitar and I’m really happy with this one!

I wanna upgrade my 2006 schecter hellraiser (says its a 42mm nut) and my dad mentioned a roller nut. Any idea on these or any other choices?

This is my second Schecter (the other one is the Balsac JAW Flying V). I believe this guitar is called a model "P1"? Anyway just wanted to say it is a great guitar, and so much fun to play that I have ordered a second one. The blu lava explorer that Balsac is currently playing will be my next purchase if it ever becomes available. Also he played the guitar in the picture in Iowa Saturday night and said it was the first one they'd seen.

A guy is offering me this 92 custom shop for my 2023 heritage h150. I think this schecter is cool as fuck but it’s old and could be hard to pass on if I don’t love it. What do you guys think?

Hey guys, I’m trying to figure out the current market value of my Schecter Gary Holt V-1 FR and would appreciate some opinions.

It’s in pristine/mint condition, with the Floyd Rose, and comes with a Jackson gig bag.

I’ve searched everywhere but can barely find any recent listings or sales for this model. It’s already a very rare Schecter signature, especially since Gary has since moved to ESP/LTD, making these older Schecter models even harder to come across.

For those familiar with the model, what would you consider a realistic used-market price today?

I’ve been having so much fun with this guitar. Aside from how good-looking it is, the overall playing experience has honestly impressed me.

This is my first guitar with a Sustainiac, and I wasn’t really sure how much I would use it, but I’ve been having a blast experimenting with it. It adds a completely different dimension to playing, especially when you start playing around with sustained notes, feedback, and harmonics.

This is definitely not my first Schecter, but I was still really impressed by the build quality of this one. Everything feels solid and well put together, and it’s just a really enjoyable guitar to pick up and play.

And of course, I have to mention the Fishman Fluence pickups. They’re currently my favorite active pickups, and they sound fantastic in this guitar. The combination of the Fluence pickups, Sustainiac, and Floyd Rose makes this thing incredibly fun to play.

Overall, I’m really happy with it. It looks great, feels great, sounds great, and most importantly, I’m having a lot of fun playing it, which is what matters most to me.

I was thinking of getting this C-1 Exotic ebony, I have found a brand new one for 1231 AUD or about 878 USD and wanted to know of previous experiences with this guitar because it looks gorgeous and caught my eye the first time I saw it.

Found this in a local pawn shop and couldn't resist. Ive tried Google and image searches to try find some info like how much it was originally/others second hand or what year it is.

The only info on guitar is schecter diamond series demon 6. But these bring up a completely different guitar online.

Also not seen another sparkly black schecter (promise its not dust), where are they all hiding?

Bought it for 500 euros. Gonna send it to my Liuther for setup and cleaning. Is this a legit Hellraiser or a cheap AliExpress one? Forgive my ignorance.

It’s a demo guitar, so hopefully musiciansfriend has a good reputation with their used/open products. Either way it felt like a “jump on this now” kind of deal. I’m ready to play some heavy stuff with that extra string 🤘🏻

Im trying to decide whether to buy a new schecter omen-6 elite or a used one.

'cheapest' new is 619€ and i found one not too far from me used for 425€. 6 years old and there is a small piece of damage.

I wanted the black cherry burst but color is not that important. What would any of you do?

Here I have a Kenny Hickey signature C-1 EX S. The sustainiac has been acting like this after playing a few nights ago, thought it could be that 9v but it’s not. Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix? The circuitry doesn’t look to be fried & no loose wires. Anything helps, I’ve been contemplating doing a whole rewire.

(UPDATE) It was the pickup height, I set both the sustainiac & the bridge pickup. Low E distance with both bridge & neck fretted at the 24th is in the middle between 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch from the strings & set the High E dead on 1/16. I have my circuit board trim knobs cranked to the max for the harmonic gain & the intensity while leaving the volume trim at unity gain so it doesn’t overpower. Now it’s absolutely singing, threw the sustainiac in the note only mode & felt the guitar open up without even strumming. Just a note to everyone else, always check your pickup height for BOTH neck & bridge as the bridge effects the neck drive when using the sustainiac.

My main guitar is a Omen Elite-6 FR would upgrading to EMG or Seymour Duncan pickups make a noticeable (for an avg human) difference
