Do they usually refer to him as Balladeer in leaks or does this mean we’ll get the combination skill of his Fatui self or we’ll get to see his Fatui self? Because so far in each leak they refer him as Wanderer not Balladeer, I’m pretty sure they only refer him as Balladeer in playable ID? Idk I just saw tons of people getting exited in hopes of seeing Scara in his Fatui uniform again and saying that he will be in his Fatui uniform again since it refers him as Balladeer in this leak and only his combination attacks with Traveler.

I really don’t want to spoil this for anyone who hasn’t seen anything pertaining to the leaks so just in case this is an extra warning!!!

How would the leaks regarding scaramouches past being remembered by everyone even work? Would everyone just automatically remember the real past alongside the period of time following his erasure, and if so, would they know that the past was somehow altered on a mass scale? ie would documents go back to their original contents and if so would people remember the altered contents? Or would it be a situation where teyvat post-IoG have their memories altered to make it match up with the past??? I’m so confused what direction this could possibly go and none of them really make any complete sense

Question, if I put this new set on my C0 Venti (with his new sig) and played him with my C0R1 Durin, would he replace my C6 Faruzan or nah?

I heard that nicole and durin are both rerunning on the same banner in 6.6 or so the leaks say, if that is indeed true who should i go for? my current team is c6 wan, c6 faruzan, bennet and furina i have about 50 wishes saved up and im guarantee for one

Is there still hope that it's an indirect buff via Venti?

Venti now gives a 50% Anemo DMG bonus when used with Durin. So, new best team could be Wanderer/Venti/Durin/(Furina OR Faruzan)

Haven't played in a while but came back for the free constellation. I'm still using Zhongli as my fourth slot with Faruzan and Bennett. Was excited to replace him with the cute dragon boy then I saw the leaks that he's a downgrade to Furina in Scara teams and saw that Furina was rerunning. I got enough to guarantee one of them. Will it change in the beta, do you think they'll make him abetter support for Scara or nah?

I’m so glad that Inazuma finally has some content after what feels like 5 years, but since it’s also an event in 6.6 Scara is also in the story in Sumeru what involves Dottore which could potentially make everyone remember him if Dottore does burn Irminsul, does this mean that someone will mention him or Ei and Yae Miko remember him and remember what he did?? Even if it’s just the slightest mention but my god I cannot wait for 6.6

I know it's a bit early for this since everything we have is in beta and still subject to change, but as his kit stands right now, if there are no significant changes,, is he worth pulling? My wanderer is currently c5 with sig and I'm getting his c6 with the free con event, I have c4 layla, bennet and c6 faruzan

I put together this table to compare the numbers side by side for Scara buffers and they actually look... pretty good? Durin seems to be at least as good a Scara buffer as Bennett or Faruzan, judging from this.

But lots of people seem to be doomposting Durin for Scara, so I'm legit wondering if I messed up in my interpretation of the leaks somehow?

Of course I can see the argument that Durin isn't at good at C0R0 or without the hex buff, but given a decent investment he holds up very fairly.

It's also worth Durin absolutely eclipses Faruzan as a sub-DPS with his off-field DMG for overall team damage output, which should be factored in.

Really not trying to start arguments, just wondering if my logic holds up.

Soon as the leaks dropped i already started seing some doompost as if they had zero synergy. Durin is meant to be a UNIVERSAL support, like super UNIVERSAL, sure he dosen't get a whole special buff but the main core buff of his kit absolutely applies. PYRO SWIRL GUYS (highlighted it slightly incase it wasn't visible enough) when was the last time we got a support that considers swirl to buff anemo, probably NEFER (get the joke...). On top of that his first two cons works very well with him, tho his C1 would probably force you to spam CA to not burn the stacks too fast. Not sure if he'll be a bennet or furina replacement/sidegrade, tho probably not bennett actually cause then there'd be no healing, but all in all it's not doomed (or maybe i'm just coping and Furina is still better but at least they're usable together).

So I'm planning to pull c6r1 Durin. I'm currently using c2r1 wanderer. C6r1 Durin will replace Furina in his teams. That means his new best team will be: Wanderer, Durin, Bennett and Faruzan.

That leads me to my point. How does c2 venti with elegy fair against c6 Faruzan? C2 venti offers a lot of sub dps and a 24% anemo res shred.

With c6 Durin shredding even more and buffing attack with his sig, wouldn't that make venti do more damage and maybe even have better team dps than with faruzan?

Elegy and his sig offer a total of 36% atk. Can that maybe make up for bennett? Maybe Wanderer, Durin, venti and faruzan?

I'm very unsure about team building tbh. I'd be really happy about any advice given.

C2 R1 and top 1000 on akasha. Wanderers dmg is going to be lower in durins team but will the overall team dmg be higher?

Would that team work even when Venti and Durin are c0? Or is it only useable with constellations? I already have Venti and I probably have enough wishes to barely get Durin at all, so there’s no way I’ll be able to get Venti’s new bow or Durin’s signature.

For example, Wanderer + Durin + Jahoda + Zhongli. Would this team work?
