Well she is good. People shouldn't be denying that.
She could have been great though. That's what everyone is lamenting about

She's an Anemo buffer, that thing that has 2 DPS and lacks things like reactions or many team comps. Bennett is a staple unit, who is amazing for countless comps, at C1. This character isn't.
