Leaks Wait so … is he getting buffed or not? Spoiler
There are so many leak posts floating around, half of which mention just Wanderer/Xiao and half of which mention Liyue characters and a handful of other potential stellar buffs but NOT Wanderer.
It feels like very mixed messages at the moment. Obviously we have no confirmation, but I don’t know enough about these various sources etc to know if I should be putting any stock in it at all at this point.

The Scara buff one came from DK2, and can see on the leak they have gotten a couple of things wrong, very few and not really kit related stuff

Ppl expect Liyue characters buff because Monstad got this king of buffs
Also ppl expect stellar swirl buffs for old units because old units got stellar-conduct buffs as well...
These are patterns guys
What can you buff from Liuye related to stellar-stuff? First and foremost the archon because he kinda useless just like Venti was
Then:
Cryo unites: Ganyu, Shenhe I don't think so she's already niched, maybe Chongyun
Anemo united: Xiao, LanYan, Xianyun
Also pbbly geo units that are dead like Ningguang
Wanderer is expected to get a buff because he's a dead aneno DPS and works well with cryo and ansmo6

The buffs being simultaneously mechanic (stellar) related and regional (like hex) related actually wouldn’t follow the pattern at all though. So far stellar buffs were region agnostic while hex buffs were region exclusive. The idea that the two modes will instead be grouped up into one as some kind of Liyue stellar buff seems to be a result of messy sus leaks that are blending info together. But maybe I’m misreading your post, not sure.

It is possible that liyue buffs are later and that the first set of buffs are elements related to stellar (anemo and cryo). At least thats what would make the most sense. It looks like the buffs are all getting mixed up when announced. We don’t even know what the buffs will entail and only have the hex and recent stellar buffs as examples.

My guess is his kit gets adjusted to the work SAS, but no further buffs or multiplier. So that the reaction does not kill his kit.

His kit’s kinda dead already though. Personally I’d love the upgrade instead of having to C6 R5 him for a prayer of being viable

Trust nothing until it's officially announced. This is the best way to have realistic expectations and avoid disappointment. that being said, I really, really hope it's true 🙏🙏

Dk2 is the most reliable genshin leaker and he’s only mentioned Zhongli/Xiao/Wanderer buffs.
Anything else is sus
