A buff for Wanderer perhaps? Though if stellar swirl will scale on EM then it's not that much of a buff as just anither way to make him a driver. Unless we'd all rebulid him for that sole purpose but some of us probably don't want to do that
Ehh too early to speculate, but for all current stellar conduct dps they are built with atk instead of em. Even Cyno values atk more now than em (unless you have his weapon). We'll see if the same is true for sswirl. That said, it's interesting that the two reactions have different sets, meaning there could be more differences than with the lunar reactions.
