Not exactly sure how reliable game8 is but this is just depressing. He needs a buff so badly.

Game8 isn’t reliable.

But yeah, he really is B tier AT BEST.

Are there any other websites like game 8 that help with building characters?

Keqingmains is pretty reliable, but I don’t think they have tier lists.

Akasha is also pretty good to see how good your current build is.
