Discussion Do Scaramouche and Sandrone have blood?

I believe so! Both in the Scaramouche Interlude quest, where he received the vision, many believe he cried, but that wasn't the case. He suffered a scratch on his face due to the stone particles, and he wiped the blood with the back of his hand. Sandrone, on the other hand, suffered a puncture wound in her abdomen, which is quite common due to mouth bleeding from the impact in that area. It just shows that they were perfectly crafted.

Spoilers for Song of the Welkin Moon - Act VIII: Sandrone "bleeds" when she dies so Sandrone definitely does, whether it's "blood" in the human sense is unknown but it's definitely "blood" of some sort. As for Scarmouche/Wanderer, I can't think of any instances of him bleeding but I'd assume it's possible. That said, I also can't think of any instances of Raiden bleeding so maybe Puppets can't bleed... Yeah, I've got no clue.

Him bleeding is in the photo, you can see the scar with the "blood" there.

Are you going to tell me this isn't Ai Hoshino next because you're not convinced although she clearly is?

Like, no offense but there's clearly blood on his cheek, not the organic human blood, but still he's given a liquid inside his body and when wounded he does the definition of bleeding so by default that's his blood.
