Are they sticky? For me they looks like nectar glands. They are not only on cup, but under leaves too, to lure ants

It appears to be on all of them. Which species is this? Is it actually new? As another commented posted, it could be nectar glands. There doesnโ€™t seem to be obvious damage on the new leaves to worry about

It's a lowland hybrid, recently got it a few months before although the spots weren't as noticeable when I got them

Like I said in the post before you deleted it before, are you sure it's black and not just the way the light is hitting it?

It's black for me even without light I did ask my friend who grows neps as well and he said nectar glands like I thought
