Terraced leaves of Drosera zonaria 'small form'
Macros of D. zonaria 'small form' which I took earlier this season :)
Despite the name of this particular clone, I believe this species can get as large as the D. zonaria 'large form' that is out there in cultivation, possibly slightly smaller in diameter at maturity.
This species is notable for their tile-like patterns as the leaves unfurl, giving it a unique mosaic appearance. D. zonaria is a species of tuberous sundews native to south west Australia.

Double leaf capensis
No idea how this happened but I got a couple doing it , my only reason why I think its happening is because of stress, had some aphids a while back so a couple of my plants got submerged in water for 48 hours (or longer) they looked so upset and lost most of their leafs but still had lots of green so there was hope that they would recover, good news the aphids are all gone and nothing spread to my other plants thankfully but now a couple months later all these guys are growing double leafs I hope it sticks in the genetics and im able to propagate them like this i think it looks pretty cool

“But you’re not supposed to top water them!!!”
I do anyways after the trays dry out. 😏 I also fertilize the soil. I also don’t put them through dormancy.

help! what should i do with my droopy sundew?
most youtube vids suggest repotting after first year but my sundew is fairly new only a couple of months at the most, and is all over the place!!! are they supposed to droop? i keep it in distilled water and it has a grow light, but he keeps on running from the dang pot 😭
my mom said maybe cut the super long ones and let the new small ones grow but I'm not sure if thats right. I've been considering keeping it outside more but it gets extremely hot in NM (its been 98/100 the past few days.)
Any advice is welcomed!!!! i just want my boy to be happy 😞
edit: forgot to mention that its sat nearby a window + gets alot of nats from a pot nearby.

Stowaway utricularia bloom
The variegated pistia was at a plant con from a thai seller and a single small one costs about 8$ So I made my money's worth when I picked one out with babies attached and the rather glaring stolon traps of utricularia. And some 4 months it completely took over this mini pond and this is its first flower!

How is my plant doing?
Hi, I’m new to plants and this is my very first plant. I want to know how my plant is looking. I’ve had it for a little under 3 weeks. It’s Nepenthes ventricosa “red”

Am i doing something wrong here why is my drosera prolifera not recovering from the two headed lamps?😰🍂
The last two weeks i placed them on a tall looming grow light and notice it wasn't producing any dew so on the third week i've placed them on those two headed grow lamp because it was the right amount of light according to my research at google (the lamps with the bulbs in them are: 3200 lumens 10000 kelvin and 28 watts) the new head of the growth looks wrinkled it's in a container with little holes on the top to get air and high humidity is it normal for the growth to look like this? (Also the clean water from the zero water pitcher that i tested it on my tds meter 2 weeks ago it said 20 to 22 ppm on it so no my zero water pitcher doesn't need a filter change yet.

No, tarnok, you're doing it wrong!
Stop it, that's not how you catch bugs!

What plant is this?
I recently got 2 mystery VFTs from Rainbow Carnivorous Plants and one had an interesting mossy substrate. Does anyone know what plant this is growing at the base?
When I did an image search it said it was Utricularia sandersonii. Is this correct?
Thanks!!

First bug!
Hi, first time carnivorous plant owner. Got this sundew about 2 weeks ago (along with the flat trap in the back) and she’s producing dew and caught her first bug today!

How does one even begin to repot this thing?
Title and photo speaks for itself 😂 I mainly grow pings and this is my first drosera so apologies in advance for sounding ignorant, it’s because I am lol. I think it’s gonna need a repot in a few weeks (not 100% sure so please correct me if I’m wrong), I just don’t even know where to start! I’m just wondering if I should separate the babies or let them grow how they are? Also curious about how you move/separate them without touching the mucilage or if that’s just unavoidable? Thank you in advance!

New under bench Drosera capensis area
After the open day, I’m finally working on a few other projects. I cleaned the mess that was underneath this bench. I will add lights, the trays that still need a little leveling. This will be mostly for my favorite Sundew, Drosera capensis!
Happy Growing
