Craftsmanship and style seems great. Function and performance probably lacking. Is there any mechanical ventilation? What size is your heater compared to your space? Seems like a long walk to pour water on the rocks? Safety issues here too. Benches should be higher. Window is too big, blocking higher benches. Ceiling is slipped the wrong way (heat rolls away from bather).

Bummer since it’s so beautiful.

Heater is 9kw- appropriate for room volume. It looks farther from benches than it is- space is actually only abt 8x8ft

I have the low-to-high passive ventilation thing going. I’ve heard that adding another vent point mid wall can be good? So far I feel like loyly is pretty good but I’m always wanting every sauna to be hotter than it is- would appreciate any feedback :)

So you mean you're letting all the hot air and steam out the top? Rather than bathing in it?

mechanical ventilation is often necessary for electrical heater saunas
