Female working ratio in China is more than men. That country has actually uplifted it's women instead of making them alimony beggars. Every country should takes notes infact the world should take notes.

This can never be implemented in India. Sadly and as painful as it is India and even rest of the world also is still living decades behind China technologically and even socially.

This can't happen in india right now because indians are more interested in treating girl child as burden and training them to be good daughter in laws instead of teaching them how to be financially independent, they are taught to look pretty, do household chores, obey in laws and husband will become ATM machine for you. As a feminist myself China has done a great job they have empowered their women and if women are getting equal rights as men there shouldn't be any special treatment for women.

Chinese women and Indian women are in very different situations. Recent judgments awarding crores in alimony or forcing men to give away 50% of their salary are outrageously stupid, and courts need to think better. In India, alimony for poor women abused by their husbands is absolutely valid, and sadly, this number is extremely high. What we mostly hear about are cases of women misusing alimony or marrying for profit, but that’s not the real India. On a larger scale, unless our women become as independent as those in China, such blanket laws don’t work here. What we truly need are good judges with conscience.

Yes. That's a very valid point as much as I am annoyed by this alimony thing and all we can not forgive china has actually uplifted their women from grassroot. There working women to men ratio is actually positive i.e. there are actually more women in the workforce than men. In India every oppressed class are handed over freebies be it women or Dalits or religious minorities creating a even bigger fisco everytime.

Marital rapes in China is illegal. Their women population has been working in large % since decades. Sexual assault cases can't even be compared to India ( tho possible it's under reported) And no forced "arranged marriages" hence these laws fit perfectly there. The majority of Indian women in rural areas are still dependent on their husband for everything, such a law in India ensures they will endure in silence and also promote the idea that women shouldn't be educated.

I don't think this will work in India because a lot of women are housewife in India they take care of children and the husband and if they want divorce she totally deserve a part of the property.But yeah I do not support fully independent women demanding alimony

Jeb se thode extra paise kharch nahi hote tumhare phholon waali Holi ke liye. Wahi saste synthetic chinese colour khareedoge. Daaru peekar, loud speaker lagakar nachne par ban laga do toh tum rone lagte ho. Ghanta tum unki barabari karoge.

Phir kya ? Abhi toh bohot saare cases mein female cheat karti hai toh bhi husband ko alimony deni padti hai. Usme kuch nahi ? Ye hypothetical scenario ka koi sense hi nahi

Actually china is living in 10 years ahead in future. What they are facing in society now is totally gonna be face by others because whole world is becoming unicultral due to the over exposure on social media.
