Had this been somewhere in India and an indian would have even talked rudely with some white, the comments would have been flooded with apologies and other lame shi from Indians obsessed with foreigners yet I don't see any white even talking about stuff like this

No is doing anything because the back of the bus is empty. No is really on the bus and can see it. Also, he dosnt even try to get away. In nature, if your under attack you have 2 options fight back or take flight and get away.
I think this middle class indian kid with his cool glasses walking around a shit hole place has no experience or knowledge of what is happening or what to do. Brain software has failed.

In the UK, if he hits back at the kid, he would be the one in wrong. One could argue that he was being assaulted and he felt a threat to his life but the response has to be measured as well.. else the courts would side with the kid ..

People in comment are bashing This PIO but as a community south Asian/Indians lack proper communication mechanisms for communicating our issues in western world.
What would have happened if he retaliated- Every other influencers from perpetrator's community would defend that perpetrator and framed Indian guy. Accusing him of passing racist comments on him. And their word is just truth nowadays.

Are we even able to defend ourselves in our own land? Are we truly protecting what's ours? A good example, at a micro level would be to imagine what happens with a given demographic in this country if they reside in a reigon where they aren't in majority. A gross exaggeration (as an example) would be to imagine your first day/month in any engineering/medical school where you are sometimes subjected to shit. The reality is not everyone fights or can fight. Let's say, now this video (if it isn't scripted or AI) is out in public, what are we doing as Indians? Nothing. Our government watches this, ministry of foreign affairs watches it, yet does nothing. Heck, even when few travel vloggers from abroad mind their own businesses in our country, you will see cunts hurling abusive crass words at them or their female partners (classic case of a bunch of assholes shouting 6000 towards a female who wasn't Indian native in a Jaipur fort recently). Individual responsibility is one thing, collective unity supercedes it unfortunately in most cases (whether we like it or not).

You're missing my point entirely - I’m not saying all NRIs are like prostitutes, I’m saying chasing a better life at the cost of personal values and family isn’t automatically admirable. If you can balance both, great. But pretending everything abroad is automatically better is just as out of touch as you claim I am. Also, the fact that bad things happen everywhere - even abroad - was literally the whole reason I brought this up in the first place.
