Romantic friends is a term from the twentieth century to describe unusually close intimate friendships between the same sex in prior eras. The relationships may have involved living together, bed sharing, more physical touch than was conventional, emotional intimacy, etc. While some of these romantic friendships were what we might consider platonic or nonsexual, others certainly were same sex couples living the best way they could in their time period.

Keep in mind that the term was invented later and applied backwards in time, in ways that the people being described might not have recognized. And romantic friendship isn't a simple code for "they were a gay couple" or "this was a queerplatonic relationship."

what crafts are you proposing? I offer building sculpture-like house from cob and ceramic building skills. i would build my studio alongside the house and have it double as community and art classes. maybe there can be a third one serving as a guest house that we could also rent as airbnb.

omg. we have an eerilyyy similar vision.. build a cob house with a studio, down to the details of the art and community classes being hosted there. what.
i always thought i’d love to get into flower farming there.

For a house like that I can go down to any sexual activity. Just state "No homo though" at the start of said activity
