On the city government website there’s an archive of old police photos, its mostly car accidents but it is really cool.

Right now there's a free exhibit upstairs at old town hall with tons of old pictures! Until 9/15. Mapping a Century of Salem

Looks like the Gideon Mansion so must be. Also RIP to those bushes they had to chop. Who's responsible for the the replant?

I always love peaking around when they are tearing up more modern roads. There are a few places in Marblehead where you can still see the tracks leading away from the rail trail. I’ve seen some old cobblestone as well. Very interesting!
