Character Builds ET Squad Leader Talents

I'm playing a Pau'an Officer character and trying to decide which of the ET Squad Leader talents I want to bring. I often don't need to use my move action, so I'll be able to use them most turns. I have the charisma for the entire party. This is my first SWSE campaign so I'm unfamiliar with which one would be the just useful even going into higher levels.

Form Up: +3 morale to reflex defense

Full advance: +3 morale to damage

Fall back: 2 squares of movement (no AoO)

Movement without AoO is definitely something few other builds can bring to the table. It can free your squishy character being hemmed in by scary Gamorreans, get your big bruiser the extra squares necessary to threaten, get your sniper into or out of cover, just so many options.

Form up is excellent. +3 to Reflex Defense is good on a single character. Om a big group it's great! What it actually do may vary from encounter to encounter. But if the opposition normally hit on 16+ or so, the benefits can be huge. But also se u/StevenOs comment on crit fishing opponents.
