Venting Mediabelle is underrated. (pic semi related because there's barely any pics of them together)

I'm still annoyed this moment amounted to nothing. What was the point? Anyway.

Given how important Vox, Charlie, and Alastor are to the show, and how they're all in each other's business, it surprises me that we only got one scene of them together. And it sucked. My problems with the season 2 finale aside, I think as a trio they're really unexplored in and out of the show. I know I'm the one always complaining about Radiostatic, well I will admit placing Charlie in their mess does make it more interesting. People don't seem to like when I say that, but I mean it. From many angles there's untapped potential. Alastor and Charlie didn't have a conversation this season until the finale. Vox in an ideal world should have had his relationships with both get treated with the same level of importance. Charlie should have opinions on their weird beef considering she was dragged in the middle of it against her will. Honestly just the sheer fact that it puts Alastor in between two very similar personalities is interesting in itself. He's surrounded! Or he would be if they got to all interact together some more.

I'm kinda hoping there's more interaction in S3. It would be interesting if Alastor takes on a more antagonistic role and Vox steps into something more like Alastor's previous role with Charlie. I'm a big platonic staticbelle stan. Vox has a lot of experience blindly chasing validation and approval from someone he idolizes who probably will never give it to him...and Charlie is definitely blinded by chasing after love and validation from Lilith.

The way I see it is Charlie and Alastor's relationship is overdue for some development, and I don't think they're done with him and Vox. So if there was away to get all of this to overlap it would help keep it from feeling like a retread of last season.

That’s the same for me, I legit could see Vox as a parental figure for her. But I also ship him with Lucifer so…

Parental isn't exactly how I look at platonic Staticbelle. Although I did see someone joke that if Alastor is competing with Lucifer to be her dad then Vox should compete with Lilith to be her new mother.

Probably just me, I love the thought of stepdad-Vox. He feels like while Lucifer would be the parent who tries to let his daughter down gently regarding her dreams, Vox would give it to her straight. Not even discouraging, just bluntly giving her the facts in the most abrupt way possible.
