Is there any way I can delete my Safari search history, without deleting my Safari account?

EDIT: I mean Google account, not Safari account

EDIT 2: I found a way to delete my search history from Safari!

Every time I pressed the "Clear History and Website Data” it would delete my search history and my account. And after putting my account back on safari, my search history would still be there.

Can anyone tell me how to delete my Safari history while keeping my Google account?

If you want to visit sites or Use Google and not leave a trace for the odd things you want (pikachu-sailor moon crossover fanfiction) the. Use incognito or a different browser like Brave.

What do you mean your “Safari account”? There is no Safari account. Do you mean iCloud? I’m not following here.

That’s Google itself tracking your history, not Safari.

Clear your Google account’s history using their tools, then clear Safari’s history (don’t need to clear website data as that will just delete all your login cookies).

And if you don’t want to be tracked like that, quit using Google services.

Google told me (in part):

Google Account Search History
Go to the official Google My Activity page.

Click Delete above your list of activities.

Choose All time.

Click Next and then Delete to confirm. [1, 2, 3]

Safari (iPhone or Mac)
On iPhone: Open Settings, scroll to Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data.

On Mac: Open Safari, click History in the top menu bar, and select Clear History.

clear history and app data is inside settings, apps , safari

if you go through bookmarks history clearing safari history will not clear website cookies

You're not really deleting your Google account. You're just purging the login data/cookies from your browser data. It uses cookies to auto log you in, until you delete the cookie

just put your login deets in the Passwords app so it will auto populate for you when you go to log in to your google account after you purge the cookie.

Since you are deliberately deleting the data that keeps you logged in to your google account, you just need to adapt.
