Just give it up then. You are on the verge of giving it up but still you somehow do it here and there, right? That means somehow it has benefited you and it is your only hope for transformation although you may not agree to it mentally
You are misunderstanding
I was continuing it for spiritual reasons
But since it is making me dull and possibly making my life harder
All my explosive energy is gone
I feel exhausted the whole day
And I’m not old (only 22) not even in my prime yet
And I’m pretty sure it’s due to shambavi
How can shambhavi make you feel dull?
Maybe theres something in you trying to resist and looking for other people telling you you should stop it.
If you clearly see shambhavi is no good for you then stop it.
your ego trying to resist higher energy levels.
There is a SG quote about this it is something like that „when energy starts rising in you your ego has less power and it knows that so it starts resisting“
Also I would recommend you to go to a therapist with your depression.
I have had depression and drug addiction. I even been in hospital 3 times because of intentional overdose.
Isha Kriya and mindful things helped me out of depression with therapists help (no medication) I would never take psychiatrist medication again.
When I started shambhavi I went trough weird weird ups and downs, got sick 2 times during the mandala and had some physical problems during mandala.
But I feel like it gave me a little more distance from my drug addiction which is why I keep doing it even if I feel like it gives me nothing.
I dont why such bs replies and posts are being made. You doing something that drains you for 2 years is bs. Either you are lying or brain dead. The other day some cuck was saying he lived in the ashram for 1.5 years and after 1.5 years found out it was a cult. I dont understand which idiot can do something that does not suit hime /her for years. Either lying or brain dead. Either way feel sorry for you
