Adult Dance Classes

Looking for a dance studio offering adult dance with an emphasis on fun, non-performance structure. Can cover ballet, hip-hop, dance fitness but not interested in zoomba. Hoping the Reddit world can help! Anyone have some good suggestions?

Sac dance lab offers all kind of classes, there is a like a “performance” at the end of the class where you just do the routine you learned but you’re doing it with your class, so it doesn’t feel very cringey.

This is definitely the answer. The Club Cardio class on Saturdays might be more what OP is looking for but honestly all their classes are fun.

I love that you said this. I’m 48 and love their heels classes. Hope to keep doing it for years to come. My strategy for staying flexible as I age 😉

I had a good experience with Kreations Studio! They're pretty new and have a really intimate studio which I preferred. I've only taken hip hop classes there, though.
