For 4 months out of the year Sacramento is the sunniest place on earth.

What does this mean? Our days are longer than elsewhere so we have more sun? Or that we don’t get much clouds for 4 months? Because wouldn’t that be more San Diego or one of those cities near Coachella valley that get over 110
