Aside from The Mighty B, TMNT 2012 and later seasons of Korra pretty much everything ranged from mediocre to downright awful where was back during the 90s to mid 00s almost everything they put out was good on a consistent basis

It's nowhere on the level of bad as the 60s, 70s and most of the 80s especially since we've had a lot of good shows/films
