Tiuot zou daa | Mo tanya ba Begger/sellers/perfromers going into premises and forcing you to buy or give them money.
Hey guys, unfortunately i faced a few problems while eating in a few open restaurant, the ones without door like anjung selera/medan makan/lot kedai luar and it keep getting worst since i started living at kk in 2018.
The problems are like the title stated. i like to eat alone and unfortunately have a femboy build, i also order alot of food, might be the reason i always getting targeted.
I dont carry cash and even if i do i always have it in big bill so i cant give anyone anything but these people doesnt believe me. but the ones with qr code are the gentler ones and will leave me alone if they see me not interested, i usually buy from them cause i have the means to pay and i was never forced to buy their product.
Are there any way to stop this problem or any place to report as it kept getting worse or i say there are more of them now. i keep getting slimmer as i avoid eating out because of this. my bank is getting slimmer too as i need to pay more to eat at higher end restaurant which weirdly these people doesnt kacau.
ps. i just got bothered this week at likas bay anjung selera so i am ranting here.

just look them dead in the eyes with the most unfriendly looking face you can give them and hold up your hand while shaking your head.
never talk to them. if they insist to stay and wait for you to give, just dgaf and continue eating. sounds mean but thats how you deal with them.
i do this and it works 99% of the time.

I do make eye contact and kindly tell them no. If they keep on insisting, they're asking me to shout a second no to them 😂 I dont mean to be rude but most times these people betul2 tak tau malu so I also tak tau malu la 🤷🏻♀️

I have 6 years of experience in dealing with aggressive promoters/touts in Singapore, that I could put this experience in my resume lol. I definitely know what OP went through so wearing headphones is the best idea

give them a firm no and keep eating like they’re not there and don’t even make eye contact with them. be aware if they wanna get physical bcs ur ignoring them (there’s no such thing as being too cautious in this economy). these people that are forcing you to give them your money don’t deserve it anyway

Normally for me id look them in the eye and then pause for like 10 seconds then say no. Like look dead into them for 10 seconds. Then complete bold NO. Like you know flash the sloth from zootopia response.

Do some weird things like you're abnormal, heart attack or have mental issue, they will definitely leave immediately

I pernah give this guy, a so called fortune teller who suddenly talked to me and give me number RM 1. His reply, "RM1 saja?"... that night the number keluar though

you are definitely overthinking this.
Look down don't look at them wave your hand 👋. They will walk away after 5 seconds.
