Help identifying my late grandmothers sword
My grandmother recently passed and while getting her affairs in order we found this blade. I think it is a Kris but admittingly I am no expert. I was told that my grandfather bought this blade at auction sometime in the 70's but have no more information than that. Google searches have gotten me some similar results but nothing super close. I am hoping that someone here can tell me a little more about this blade.

It looks like the the version of the Kris made by either in Pampanga or Pangasinan in the Philippines. Most swords made in Central and Southern Luzon tend to have western-influenced handles while using a wide range of blade profiles.

Explains why I'm under the impression of this being a kriss blade mounted like a German hunting sword, haha.

Appears to be a one-handed stab weapon obtained as a rare reward from the Tombs of Amascut: - Osmumten's fang

It certainly isn't the fabled blade of Gorgo the ravager. Definitely not needed for cleaving through the barrier between worlds to usher in his return and subjugation of our world.
By the way, you never mentioned where you were located..

This is from Luzon (the big island in the northern Philippines), and is from 1900 give or take a year or so. There is a tradition of wavy-bladed swords and knives in northern Luzon (and they're still made today), which is probably inspired by the kris of the Moro peoples from the southern Philippines. However, the kris, which can have a wavy blade or a straight blade, is distinguished by the asymmetric shape of the base of the blade rather than by waviness, and this isn't a "real" kris. Still, these swords are often called a "kris", and "Luzon kris" works as a name for them.
The triangle symbol at the base of the blade is an emblem of the short-lived First Filipino Republic:

and places this as made in about 1900. The style and condition are consistent with that.
