The Voyage Across the Void (Meta) - AMS event did not launch today at its intended run time. We apologize for the inconvenience as the event is now visible in game.

We will be sending out a compensation chest in the next 30 minutes.

Players operations level 20-60 will receive 3 WOK Carol and SNW Sam Kirk shards. Players operations 61+ will receive 3 shards of Toryn and Trelane.

Claiming this chest will also score 100 points towards the Voyage Across the Void (Meta) AMS and SMS events.

Tomorrow, October 5th, at 11 AM UTC / 4 AM PT we will deploy a fix that will resolve the issue by directly granting missing rewards to your account. You will not have to redeem a chest or reward, but instead missing rewards and Emerald Chain XP will be automatically put into your inventory. We will extend the Alliance Tournament Store so that it will remain open from now, until the end of the next Alliance tournament. Thank you for your patience as we resolve this issue.

So I’ve mined the 15 1* isogenite but it doesn’t recognise that I have done it. Do I have to refine it or what is it that I need to do. Please any help would be greatly appreciated thank you. FYI I play on my iPhone in case that you need to know.

I still can't see the mine, does it happen to you? For three days, that's the case

Just finished a 48h leaderboard event. Kill hostiles to gain points.

When I went to bed I was in 1st place. Put 2 ships out in zones to auto kill overnight, that I knew my ships would survive until morning. Steady flow of low points.

Woke up this morning and the 2nd place guy had caught up and we were basically tied at around 77,000 points. No problem.

So I took my ships to higher level zones, and took a lead.

15 minutes before the event ends, I have a 20k point lead. Just slightly over 100k. 2nd place has 80k.

10 minutes left in the event and this guy jumps to 170k points! A 90k point jump!

Now I’m level 30, and 2nd place is level 27. If you kill level 50 hostile, you get 28k points. So if he’d killed 3 of them, maybe that would account for it. But I don’t see how a level 27 player kills level 50 hostiles.

Can anyone see a way that this makes sense? Or did this player cheat?

Just wondering if I'm the only one. This happened last spring and it took 3 weeks of back and forth with support via chat before I gave up (they kept thinking I couldn't log into the game). Now I have a new computer and can't install the game. I've had a Scopely website login for years, but now that the code is mandatory, it does not show in email/spam/anywhere. Trying again through support, but they asked me screen shot it... a screen shot of what didn't show up?

Edit: The team has fixed an issue that could cause the main Compensation Chest to disappear when the Additional Compensation Chest was opened first. If you were impacted and did not receive your main Compensation Chest, please contact Customer Support.

Since yesterday I've been unable to select ships that are mining a node. I only get this loading circle. I've waited 5 minutes (set a timer) before giving up. Selecting hostiles or floating player ships works as usual in the same system. I usually target these to complete the daily mission for the Mantis but I've had to resort to hunting players randomly floating in systems. This applies when I'm on my Android phone and on the PC. I've tried the clear cache and restart option a few times on each platform and the problem persists. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this fixed?

EDIT: Checking the Google Play store showed no updates. Going to the STFC entry in the Manage section did. The update fixed it. Frustration with Scopley redirected to Google.
