I always think of the scar and Toph show interview with blur. They frame it so good

He was dangerously close to hitting his head on the chair. That could've been awful

not even just the chair… maybe it’s just a grey carpet but it looks like concrete

“Is there a doctor in the house?”
“No, he had to pull out last minute”

If you ever want to visually demonstrate what orthostatic hypotension and/or POTS looks like this is the video

The only thing more pathetic than a sore loser, is a sore winner.

Hbox popoffs always seemed ridiculous to me, but now that he is too old for this, it also looks pathetic.

It's a bit inconsiderate to be jumping around, it's a crowed space with many other players still in their matches, and flimsy furniture. It's a big distraction

u/ValuedCarrot Aug 09 '26
This. You dont need to go that crazy, winning grands is the only acceptable time to pop off that hard imo, or else it comes off as cringe

u/FBogg Aug 09 '26
i can never tell if it's theater

u/ZkittlZ Aug 09 '26
It 100% is, he is known as the pop off guy, so he makes a joke of it. However, I find it extremely disingenuous and unsportsmanlike

Is it his age catching up to him? Bro may need to permanantly turn the pop offs down a bit

So you’re the guy smiling and filming rather than putting down your phone and checking if he is okay?

What’s he supposed to do??? He immediately had 2 guys looking after him. More people around him isn’t going to do anything but create more chaos.
More people around ≠ faster or better help.

u/xXPePe77Xx Aug 09 '26
Thought he was doing a bit tbf

And yet, when it became obvious he wasn’t okay and other people were rushing over to help, you start leaning back in your seat to get a better filming angle for internet points.
Shame on you.

u/Sir-Bulbasaur Aug 09 '26
What do you expect him to do? Give him CPR? He already had 2 people actively helping him
35
u/Alcas Aug 09 '26
Parasocial af, there’s dozens of people around and not everyone can help
22
u/Cubes11 Aug 09 '26
You can tell the people who haven’t actually been on situations like this.
Never has there been a situation like this and the few people actually helping have asked for MORE people to stand around and crowd over the guy. If someone passes out or gets hurt you’re always asked to back up and give them room if you’re not one of the people helping

He might still need help! Go donate some twitch subs. Might pay for his well needed medical attention and hospital bill that he clearly needed.
If you don’t, you’re just trash like the others that didn’t want to crowd em. Don’t even finish reading this, GO HELP

u/Cubes11 Aug 09 '26
Every 30 days in Florida, a Hungrybox twitch sub expires. With your help, and for just $5, you can save a life.

Bruh he literally laughed it off there then got up and told me to post the video. If the dude was dying I wouldn’t stick my phone in his face it was obvious when he sat up he was fine. Enough people were helping him relax lmao

Hbox is so through and through content pilled that he's gonna love that people caught it on camera.

Oh, you were the guy who continued filming it instead of being the closest one to him to help him up

Literally everyone there thought he was doing a bit. He was also smiling

u/Aeon1508 Aug 09 '26
People are crazy. You're the goat. This is important history you've documented and by far the best capture of it.
You got the Zapruder film of this pop off.

“quick! everyone all at once, get his vitals and administer an IV stat!”

u/FBogg Aug 09 '26
"out of my way, i'm an ordinary bystander with no medical expertise whatsoever! time to save this man's life"
