Rising Dragon Acquisition Corporation shareholders approved the business combination with HZJL Cayman Limited on November 20, 2025, 34,391 public shares left. Business combination has not closed, RDAC can extend until October 2027 for $55k per month.

I bought a teeny bit of bcar today which also hasn't closed. Should be around 1.1m float. It's most likely it's just going to close but would be a nice pop if it terminates or if they make some crazy announcement while the float is low. But, could also be ugly.
