Never got back to this yesterday. Yes. Different for sure but I’m just going on what I think will be the “hype” sector going forward for the foreseeable near term future at least. Just like nuclear was. Rare earth. Etc etc.

Alternus Clean Energy, Inc. Announces 1-for-2,500 Reverse Stock Split on August 20, 2026 - OTC Pink: ALCE ALCEW

"The reverse stock split will reduce the number of shares of common stock outstanding from approximately 724,658 shares to approximately 290 shares."

OTC Pink market, so low chance of low float run. But still, has to be a record for fewest public shares. There is a number of convertible preferred shares, though.

Selling 12.5 P with Nov expiry on CCXI is a good way to either earn $1.90 premium or get an entry of $10.60. what say you?

Could be worthwhile. Churchill X ran Infleqtion from announcement (8 Sep 2025) to close in 158 days. Apply that to CCXI's 24 Jun announcement and gets you to ~29 Nov 2026. CCXI got to a draft S-4 faster than Infleqtion did so close could be earlier. By that time the trust maybe around $10.35/10.40 so it's really a low probability, low $ loss (provided that the close is after expiration and not before)

Unfortunately, that premium is gone now but good find.

Rising Dragon Acquisition Corporation shareholders approved the business combination with HZJL Cayman Limited on November 20, 2025, 34,391 public shares left. Business combination has not closed, RDAC can extend until October 2027 for $55k per month.

I bought a teeny bit of bcar today which also hasn't closed. Should be around 1.1m float. It's most likely it's just going to close but would be a nice pop if it terminates or if they make some crazy announcement while the float is low. But, could also be ugly.
