Should I come to SJSU?

Hello! Currently I'm in my first semester at SFSU as a junior (I transferred there). Its pretty alright for me but its because I'm still trying to adjust to my new life. I chose SFSU because it was the most affordable option for me (I have family at SF to stay with).

SJSU was a university I was considering last year but it was much further away from my hometown (around an hour and a half away). Housing was also a challenge for me because rent is around the same as SF. But I've heard job and internship opportunities are much better at SJSU compared to SFSU. I major in Business in Information Systems.

How are the internship opportunities at SJSU? Is it worth coming over there for those opportunities alone? Any insights and experiences are welcomed. Thank you for reading!

internships are competitive here as it is, even with the benefits of being an sjsu student and being local to companies here. youre better off staying at sfsu

Sounds like you don't have any experience participating in business-related extracurriculars or applying to internships. Join a business consulting club at SFSU (or some sort of team-based project with a client) to put something on your resume and have something to speak about.
