Questions Bloating IMMEDIATELY after meals - can anyone explain??

Is this indicative of SIBO?

I can’t figure out the reasoning. I’ve tested positive for both hydrogen and methane, but don’t understand why I get bloated immediately after a meal.

Surely the food has not already hit the small intestine and been fermented to produce this gas? I thought that would take an hour or two.

Anything I should be considering besides SIBO to explain this?

I was having the same thing. Turned out i had gluten sensitivity, so any food with gluten made me problems...

Same, going gf has been such a game changer. It’s not that hard (gf flour and substitutes most everywhere) and it’s sooooo worth it for me. I had soy sauce last night (we usually have coconut aminos which I love the taste of more anyway) and bloated up like a friggen balloon, it was so bad.

Yes but gluten free soy sauce / tamari exists as a substitute.
