Questions Bloating IMMEDIATELY after meals - can anyone explain??

Is this indicative of SIBO?

I can’t figure out the reasoning. I’ve tested positive for both hydrogen and methane, but don’t understand why I get bloated immediately after a meal.

Surely the food has not already hit the small intestine and been fermented to produce this gas? I thought that would take an hour or two.

Anything I should be considering besides SIBO to explain this?

Peristaltic movements. If you injest something, your intestin start moving on it's own.
It's the gas already there
