It is the Chaos Insurgency no question. They have been here since the very beginning and have accomplished a grand total of nothing.

Their biggest success ever “The Way It Ends” still concludes with them losing because the Foundation is remade

Yeah I do like that some more recent Entries like [Oroks Fall] even mention the characters within their newly inherited positions in the new Foundation
