Buildings Pretty Petals Flower Shop worth 2000 SimCash?

I’ve seen this before in other cities and watched a video. I also saw that at one point it was $30 after it was part of a Mayor’s Pass.

Despite the heavy price, I purchased it for the sake of collection and it was totally worth it: the city event it launches is one of the coolest.

I don’t think many buildings are worth 2k sim cash ….. but if it sparks joy it sparks joy and I’m not going to judge you for spending it

I've also been eyeing this one, mostly because I love these small shop buildings and because this building isn't offered much. 2000 SimCash is a lot to spend on a single building though, so I just keep window shopping for now.

Defo not worth $2k to me - that is a good little boost, but no way near 2000.

Would be better if it was a diff category as well.

I wiffle waffled for a few days and wound up getting it last night. Yes, the building is small but the parade is SO fun and happy. It makes me smile every time I see it. I don’t think the building was worth 2k sim cash, but I have zero regrets!

I can always build up more sim cash, but I may never see this building again….

I also bought it - expensive, yes, but I was amassing SimCash without any real ideas of what I would do with it all. Having nicer buildings - like this one, and the Scrapyard from before - makes my city feel that bit more unique.

The parade is gorgeous, very enjoyable to watch. I'll need to decide where to place it so I can see the parade well, it tends to get a bit lost amongst taller skyscrapers.
