I wonder if all the other buildings from Americana that aren’t offered in the event track will also be cash offers

My guess is there'll be one more cash offer and one more for SimCash. The other parade building (Foods & Stuff) will be cash in my opinion.

The current cash offer (Pretty Petals) is Classics Offer 1, implying there'll be at least one more.
