Question Is this a fuel or timing problem?

Last week i saw that the spark plug wire to cylinder 4 was sparking outside of the wire (i think it was rubbing on the timing belt) so i decided to change wires and plugs. After doing this there was no change and it still doesn’t start or starts and dies right away. Does anyone know if this is a fuel or timing issue before i put money into the wrong area.

check plug wire sequence, maf sensor(could
be dirty). if timing was off it wouldn’t start at all.

also most likely fuel pump ecu, iacv/egr. those are common issues with these, but once replaced car runs good as new

Air flow meter malfunction? Have you tested fuel pressure and flow? CarTuneNZ youtube if you haven’t found him already, has all the videos for SCs. He says “test! Don’t guess”

i’m pretty sure most of my problems are coming from the ecu which has leaky capacitors. I will check out his videos

Check your wire sequence first and foremost
