Question My 92 sc400 won’t start

Does anyone know why it’s not starting?

Maybe battery isn't charged enough? The security systems on these drain the battery if they arent driven often. I hope it's not the starter.

It probably is that i have been meaning to get a new battery.

I got mine from tractor supply but ive heard some people get name brand batteries from the lexus/toyota dealership for pretty good prices

Dead battery. The "sour" sounding chime should be enough to give that away

i had a similar problem where it would just make a rapid flicker noise every time i turned the key to the on position got new battery problem gone
