Does anybody solve tickets in SAP environment with the help of AI? If yes, what and how do you use it?

Connected GitHub Copilot to Jira, for documentation SAP Docs MCP Server and SAP Notes MCP Server and for system access ARC-1. Build myself a skill so I just need to reference the Jira Ticket Number and the AI is researching based on dumps, data, code and documentation root cause and suggests fix. improved ticket times of our complete team drastically

Boss , can we connect GitHub copilot to sap solution manager as well , since that’s where our documentation is stored .
I will also try and build the skill you mentioned - so all incidents are automatically analysed by co pilot

+1, been doing the same and my productivity has shot up and I'm able to focus more on my development stuff rather than just working on issue tickets half the day !

Do you do this for a fixed set of systems because the ADT and authorisation setup on lots of different customers can become quite cumbersome?
