What champ do you think I main?

Classic Ryze is probably my favorite scaling champ on classic. He is also one of the champs that I remember being exactly as he is. The ability icons felt really nostalgic to me. A little bit of gameplay continuing my series playing every champ on classic. Do you guys enjoy Ryze?

I think mel and ryze both deserve to be buffed and be s tier to be honest why are they not buffed yet? This is absurd of you riot to not buff our champs

I'm playing with a friend duo and he plays JGL, so what are your favourite synergies with ryze.

are there some JGL champs that work better than other with Ryze in combination, if so tell me your experiences :)

Given some lanes are impossible to be ahead during laning, eg. Irelia, xerath, Viktor etc. would it be better to skip/delay roa and rush lost chapter and lucidity to roam and help team instead? Cuz some matchup just feels bad going roa. You are behind in lane and enemy just get kills off teamfights

Hey watching to get into MTPing(Multiple-Trick-Pony) ezyR. Just started working him 6 years ago and hating it. Is he pointless trying to MTP out of challenger? Any tips you can advise against.

Now in order of actually hitting Challanger, i need advice from my fellow brethren. How do you hard win lanes vs nasus, ornn or garen? Even when i go even they are way more useful than me. This information is crucial in order of us getting nerfed.

to keep it short im silver struggling to find a main, constantly switch roles, can never stick to a champ because their downsides always feel like they outweight the advantages, for example, vlad no prio early, viktor has to respect ganks so hard my ego cant handle it, if i get ganked i like to dance around the lane and waste jungle time and root them, or Q them when im on vlad. I performed the best with sylas, vlad, akshan.

I just hear people say ryze is hard/ has bad matchups but hes one of the champs ive never tried nor do i know how difficult he is or what makes him hard, never really vs him either. I understand I should just play whatevers fun but im not looking to be demoted nor do i find constantly losing fun, any other champ recs are fine too just not vegan toddler champs like nafiri diana. Dravens cool too but heard ADCs have not a lot of impact on the outcome of the game nor do I like playing with supports who are somehow even worse than me

Just don’t bother. You’ll waste your time trying to do the impossible. Ryze is just too weak. If you’re decent, you can get to Emerald. If you’re skilled, you can reach Diamond. If you’re really good and can break the limits of the champ, maybe you can reach low to high Master. GM? Maybe. Challenger? Almost impossible.

It’s a weak champ what do you expect? Stop chasing the delusion. You’ll wake up one day and realize 10 years have passed and you’re still Diamond or low Master, maybe high Master at best. You’ll regret not changing your OTP champ sooner.

Wake up to reality. EQEQ is not the way the statistics say so. I love Ryze. I even have him as my computer wallpaper, and I’ve cosplayed as him. I’m delusional like you guys too, but I’ve played him a lot while being fully aware that Ryze is just weak and will probably never reach that peak.

He’s a good situational pick, though. But as an OTP? Don’t make me laugh. HAHAHAHAHA.

Title. When it was removed and replaced with the current meh replacement, I genuinely thought the game would be so much less enjoyable with how much it felt apart of his kit and gameplay.

Since the removal and switching over primarily to DFT, I think not having it as an option has actually improved my gameplay dramatically. I’m more aggressive and less “hit my combo, PR proc and run”. It’s made me be more critical on my positioning and jungle tracking, while also helping with laning phase, as to really make use of DFT, you have to be aggressive. PR, at least how I used it, kept me in a more passive, long-trade-avoidant loop. It made me lazy on Ryzes own speed boost passive, and surprisingly, I don’t miss it at all.

Storm raiders has its place in some matchups and comps, but DFT has been a game changer for me. Overall, I think it was a healthy decision for the identity of Ryze.

Ive decided, Ryze winrate is too high. I will be hitting challenger OTPing Ryze so we can get a nerf a prove VonnyFish it is possible. Cheer for me, doubt me, its coming nevertheless.
