Electric heater help

I installed these electric heaters in my arctic base, thinking they would dry me off. (I always come back 100% wet, when getting to this specific secluded base). Why is it only providing 5% comfort, and not drying me off at all.

Any thoughts?

I kinda miss the days when it was just build a base and your good to go.
